While at Domaine de Boisbuchet, near Lessac, for a 'work for stay', I found components around the domaine intending to build a chair from them. The initial inspiration came from Alexander von Vagesack and his one of a kind furniture collection. Jorge Penadés was also a tutor at the domain that week, who's work inspired me to reclaim materials. It started with the large bamboo member, which I immediately envisioned for lumbar support, and then the old tractor seat.
